My kids love this toy. In water or out of water they have a great time playing. The squid is terrific too. It has removable tentacles that really suction. Great imaginitive fun!

My son is almost five and he loves the squid that is part of this set. It has suction cups on each of its tentacles and you can make it stick to windows, the bathtub or parts of the boat. Im not sure why it is made so that the tentacles can come off though and we have already lost one tentacle. The batteries wear out quickly and It never really powered the boat. It sort of sluggishly circled. Despite what I think of the toy, Conor loves it and that is the important thing. I think it looks too plasticky and fake but to him it is just an awesome toy that makes taking a bath fun. So it serves its purpose and I have to give the makers credit for making a toy that kids love. You will need to get something to put it in because it has a lot of pieces and you dont want to lose them. I would reccomend this to a friend because it is a lot of fun for the price

My son loves the Squid, but honestly doesnt play with the sub much. The squid is his favorite bath toy.

We Love this toy and have many of the other mega rigs as well. This one is one of our favorites. When I brought it home my 3 year old son wanted a bath immediately! It was only 10 in the morning, but who cares! He plays with it daily in and out of the tub. He loves that the pieces of all the mega rigs are all interchangable and he can create tons of different vehicles. The only slight complaint I have is that he uses the sub so much we go through Tons of AA batteries!!! We have had NO problems with any of these toys - Unbelievable in itself! Would HIGHLY recomend these toys to any parent.

One of my grandsons had the squid sub and his older brother wanted one too because they had enjoyed the first one so much.
